Manap & NOERDIN Law Firm in association with POLARIS LAW CORPORATION (Singapore based law firm) is a full service commercial law firm concentrating its services in providing legal services to business concerns of all kinds, involving mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, other complex areas of business law. We also pride ourselves in representing executives and individuals in non-compete contracts, confidentiality agreements, or other employee-business contracts.

Whist the firm is newly established, the two founders of the firm, Anna Safina and Dinah Noerdin, are seasoned lawyers and each has more than 25 years of extensive experience in managing legal aspects of commercial ventures as well as that of individuals.

Anna Safina, S.H. a corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experiences in various industries. Major exposure namely in merger and acquisition, investment, restructuring, capital market, syndication loan transaction, hotel chain management and property. She is also interested to learn about sharia financial transaction by pursuing her master degree in the Faculty of Post Graduate of University of Indonesia majoring in sharia financial economic.

Hooi Yen is an Advocate and Solicitor with and Director of Polaris Law Corporation where her practice focuses on venture capital and investments, shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and employee share incentive schemes. She was recently General Counsel (APAC exstriChina) of a fintech company with business interests in several Asian countries. She was also part of the executive management team of Zuji (which was acquired by Travelocity). At Zuji/Travelocity Asia Pacific, she headed the expansion of the group From Singapore, into Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Malaysia. She has been named as a leading lawyer in several publications including the AsiaPacific Legal 500. Her work was also cited in Asialaw Profiles in several categories.

Zulfiqri L. Kamal S.H., M.H. a certified mediator, obtained his law degree from University of Indonesia in 1996. He started his career in one of the big three law firm, where was heavily involved in numerous major initial public offering process and energy industry, and later joined multinational companies in various industries. He has garnered extensive industrystrispecific knowledge and expertise as instrihouse counsel across wide range of industries, including independent power generation; retail business (Carrefour Indonesia); restaurants operator (McDonald’s Indonesia), telecommunication (Three Indonesia & Smartfren Telecommunication). He took role as legal counsel & compliance officer at pharmacy and medical device sector (Sandoz, Novartis & Alcon Pharmaceuticals), and later provided legal and compliance support to commercial team in 8 different Asia countries. Subsequently, he was assigned as Asia manufacturing legal counsel, where he managed legal matters at Alcon manufacturing organization in Asia, he also took data privacy officer role in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. Zulfiqri continued his studies at University of Indonesia where he obtained his Master of Laws degree in 2014. He joined MN Law in 2020 bringing with him his over 20 years experience commercial practice with Indonesian law firm and various multination companies. He concentrates his practice in general corporate, cross border commercial transactions, compliance, pharmacy, retail/consumer and telecommunication area.

Juni Soehardjo had working experience in several sectors, e.g. oil and gas, journalism, stock exchange, consumer products, ICT, commodity, and since 2018 creative economy through Badan Ekonomi Kreatif Indonesia (BEKRAF) now Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif/Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Starting 2019 up to date, she also serves as Expert in Law and Legislation Commission, Dewan Pers. She graduated from Law School of University of Indonesia, where she got her SH (Sarjana Hukum) degree in economic law. She graduated from Strategic and Global School Program, University of Indonesia majoring in International Affairs for European Studies a M. Si (Magister Sains or Master of Science) degree. She also is holder of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediation and Press Expert for Dewan Pers certificates.
